Both enter from the head of the dryer, run backward in the same direction, and are discharged from the tail, this is called a co-current (parallel) drying process. In the cylinder, the materials are fully contacted and mixed with the hot air for humid heat exchange: the high temperature air transfers heat to the humid materials, which raises the temperature of the humid materials, the humid materials heat up, and the moisture content evaporates and is discharged into the hot air to dry the humid materials. The double-layer material copying plate in the cylinder continuously picks up and throws down the material, so that the material fully contacts the hot air, promotes heat exchange, and moves the material from front to back. The dried slag is discharged out of the drying rotary cylinder through a sealed discharge scraper belt conveyor, and then manually packed, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the chimney into the atmosphere after being processed by the dust removal equipment.
