This project is specially engineered for potassium humate fertilizer production in Brooks, Canada, with a processing capacity of 2.5 tons per hour. The system is capable of handling raw materials with high moisture content (40%–50%) and efficiently converting them into finished granules with a final moisture level of 10%–15%.
The production line features a fully integrated closed-loop process, including granulation, drying, cooling, screening, and packaging. This design ensures consistent particle size, high granule strength, and stable product quality, fully complying with local agricultural fertilizer standards.
By adopting this solution, the customer has achieved reliable, continuous, and large-scale production of potassium humate fertilizer, significantly improving overall efficiency and operational stability.
