【Application】:Suitable for drying and granulating chicken manure in small and medium-sized farms.
Wet chicken manure (water content 65%-80%) is put into the drum through the feed port, and the material is dispersed by forward stirring. High-temperature airflow (heat source can be gas, coal, or biomass) penetrates the material layer, quickly evaporates the water, and the water content is reduced to 13%-15% after drying. The drum reverses and automatically discharges the material to produce odorless granular organic fertilizer or feed raw materials.

Core structure and features
Portability
1. The wheeled structure is installed at the bottom of the equipment, which does not require fixed installation and can be flexibly and quickly transferred to different breeding areas for use.
2. Compact size (about 2.0×1.5×2 meters), suitable for small and medium-sized farms or decentralized operating environments.
Integrated design
1. Integrated drum, strong airflow duct, insulation layer and automatic control system, which can process about 1 cubic meter of chicken manure at a time.
2. Equipped with hot air furnace (fuel can be selected from gas/coal/biomass), dust removal and deodorization device, it can realize closed environmental protection operation and reduce odor and dust pollution.
