The drum granulator is a compound fertilizer granulation process in which steam, gaseous ammonia, or phosphoric acid or nitrogen solution, phosphorus ammonia slurry, and heavy calcium slurry are added into the machine to complete chemical reactions and heat supply in the drum; Or the cold granulation process of compound fertilizer that supplements a small amount of water. The material to be granulated is rotated through the cylinder, and the material rolls and rotates in the cylinder, and is aggregated into balls under appropriate humidity and temperature to complete the ball making process.
The belt and pulley are driven by the main motor and transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer. The split gears installed on the driving shaft mesh with the large gear ring fixed on the body and work in opposite directions. Materials are added from the feed end and pass through the inside of the cylinder. Due to the special structure inside the cylinder, it is made into particles, and then flows out through the discharge port. Due to the continuous entry of materials and the continuous rotation of the granulator, mass production can be achieved.
