The production process of chicken manure organic fertilizer is as follows: the organic fertilizer raw materials (animal manure, domestic garbage, dead branches and leaves, waste bacteria, neem cake powder, coconut bran powder, oyster shell powder, etc.) are fermented and then enter the semi-wet material crusher for processing. Crushed, then stirred by a mixer, and then enter the granulation machine to make granules. After coming out, they are dried and screened by a screening machine. 1. To pile noodles on the ground, use a ground turning machine, or put materials into the fermentation tank and use a trough type turning machine.
2. Sprinkle the inoculant evenly and turn the pile for fermentation to heat up, remove odor, decompose, and kill weed seeds.
3. Fermentation takes 7-12 days. The number of times of turning the pile varies depending on the temperature in different places.
4. Complete fermentation and decomposition, then leave the pond (the ground type is directly collected with a forklift)
5. Use a grading sieve to conduct coarse and fine screening (the screened powdered fertilizer can be sold directly)
6. Crush the screened out large pieces with a pulverizer and then return them to the grading screen.
7. Mix the required trace elements with a premixer
