Blade system: arc-shaped or spiral blades are designed for efficient turning and crushing of compost raw materials; blade material: wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel to extend life.
Drive system: driven by motor or diesel engine, equipped with gear reduction system to ensure stable power output.
Conveying system (optional): combined with compost turning, the raw materials are evenly distributed to the equipment operation area.
2. Functional design.
Multi-directional stirring: longitudinal and transverse flipping design is adopted to ensure that the material is stirred as a whole.
Oxygen supplementation: design vents or use forced ventilation system to enhance aerobic fermentation during composting
Moisture control spray device: equipped with an adjustable spray system to replenish water as needed.
