First, use professional fermentation agents for fermentation. Fermentation agents have several characteristics:
1. Fast fermentation speed and high temperature, generally 7-10 days to complete fermentation, 48-72 hours stage temperature exceeds 70℃.
2. The odor of ammonia is almost eliminated by the 48th hour of fermentation. Those strains that smell pungent ammonia as long as they are turned over after fermentation for several days are unprofessional and unqualified.
3. The organic fertilizer after fermentation should be a biological fertilizer containing a very rich variety of beneficial microorganisms.
Rapid fermentation of stinky animal manure, compost, and organic waste: the fermentation agent is ready for use and mixed with 3-5 cubic meters of manure, etc., and the moisture content is controlled at 55%-75% (if the moisture is too high, the manure can be spread out and exposed to the sun for a few days, or a small amount of straw can be added to the manure pile), the height of the compost pile is not less than 0.5 meters but not more than 2 meters, and the strip fermentation mode is adopted (each strip is 0.8-1.2 meters wide). Generally, the temperature rises significantly on the second day, and the fermentation can be completed in a week. The raw materials with heavy fiber are turned over once a week until there is no odor in the compost, and it can be used as fertilizer when it is obviously decomposed.
The standard for successful fermentation: After the fermentation is completed, the manure pile is soft and brown (the color of different animal manure is different), there is a small amount of grayish white hyphae in the manure pile, and the organic matter is about 45%. After livestock and poultry manure is fermented by microorganisms, the odor of the manure is completely eliminated, and the harmful viruses, bacteria, parasites and eggs in the manure are all killed, turning into biological fertilizer and organic fertilizer that can be directly applied to crops. This organic fertilizer can fix nitrogen, dissolve potassium and phosphorus, and can also decompose the residual substances of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, which has the effect of increasing production and resisting diseases in the planting industry.
