The spiral blades on the stirring shaft drive the materials to flip, so that the materials are fully in contact with the air. While stirring, high-pressure gas is injected into the tank through the gas inlet to start the fermentation stage.
2. The control system of the organic fertilizer production fermentation tank intelligently controls the heating equipment to heat the heat transfer oil in a smaller range. The heat transfer oil in the bottom cavity is quickly heated, and the heat transfer oil with higher temperature enters the side cavity through the connecting pipe. The heat transfer oil in the ultimate side cavity will also be quickly heated. After reaching the set temperature, the control system controls the heating device to cut off the power, and the materials inside the tank can be fermented efficiently under constant temperature.
3. After the material fermentation is completed, open the hydraulic switch of the horizontal fermentation tank to discharge the material, and then the material dispenser assists in discharging the material.
