When we use drying equipment to dehydrate and dry sawdust materials, there are many factors that affect the efficiency of the production line. If we can't reasonably grasp it, it is likely to reduce the production capacity of the equipment. Here, we briefly understand the factors that affect the drying speed of wood chips.
1. Since the sawdust dryer treats the material through heat transfer, when drying and dehydrating high humidity material, attention must be paid to treating the moisture in the material to prevent moisture dehydration. The extended drying time greatly affects the drying speed of sawdust.
2. Adequate heat and stable temperature is the key to ensure the efficiency and quality of sawdust drying, which requires us to use the dryer for drying sawdust to ensure that the heat is fully into the body, to strengthen for the adiabatic in the cylinder, the better in the production line to install the appropriate temperature monitoring instruments in order to keep abreast of the internal heat temperature of the cylinder.
3. In the sawdust drying process, the appropriate amount of air in the cylinder can promote effective contact between the high humidity materials and high temperature air flow, so as to achieve better heat transfer. If you can not reasonably adjust the air volume according to the actual production needs, the air volume is too large or too small will affect the air drying speed. Therefore, adjusting the reasonable air volume is also an important condition to improve the drying speed of the material.
4. Under normal circumstances, there are various types of lifting boards installed inside the sawdust drying cylinder, and with the rotation of the lifting cylinder, the lifting boards can turn the material over and pour it down, so that the material will fall. During this process, a thin uniform curtain of material is formed on the cross-section of the cylinder, which enhances the penetration of the hot airflow and accelerates the drying speed of the material. Therefore, the appropriate form of lifting plate is also one of the important factors affecting the drying speed of sawdust.
