Biological fermentation mode. It mainly has the following three fermentation modes:
Fermentation tank fermentation: Its main process is to mix chicken manure, peat, and sawdust into a cement tank, aerate and ferment, and mix in nutrient-rich bacteria. After fermentation, crush, secondary aging and composting to increase the nutrient content, and then carry out deep processing such as granulation, and sieve and package to become products.
The advantages of this mode are:
① The production process is simple and convenient, with low investment and low production cost.
② In the secondary aging process of fermentation and composting in the fermentation tank, harmless disposal is achieved and the nutrient content of the raw materials is increased;
③ In the tank fermentation and composting, the moisture content of the material can be controlled to achieve a reasonable moisture content.
④ Utilizing the characteristics of tank fermentation, continuous fermentation and uninterrupted production are achieved, thereby increasing production capacity, and the degree of industrial mass production is relatively high.
This fermentation and composting method is more suitable for large, medium and small general organic fertilizer processing and composting methods.
Direct composting: Its main process is to mix chicken manure with straw or peat, pile it about 1 meter high, use high temperature composting, regularly turn it over for ventilation and fermentation, and use it as a product after fermentation. The advantages of this model are: simple production process, low investment and low cost. The main problems are:
1. The product composting time is too long, which is greatly affected by various external conditions, and the quality of the product is difficult to guarantee.
2. The degree of factory-based continuous production of products is not high, and the production cycle is long.
Tower fermentation: Its main process is to mix chicken manure with auxiliary materials such as sawdust, and then add biological bacteria agents. At the same time, the tower body is automatically turned over for ventilation, and biological growth is used to accelerate the fermentation and deodorization of chicken manure. After a fermentation cycle, what comes out of the tower body is basically the product.
This tower model has small footprint, low energy consumption, low pollution, lack of secondary aging, resulting in insufficient nutrition, but its current problems are:
① The moisture content of the product does not meet the requirements of commercialization because it only relies on the biological heat generated by fermentation to remove moisture;
② The current process is not running smoothly, resulting in a large increase in labor costs and the output does not meet the design requirements.
From the above, it is not difficult to see that when choosing organic fertilizer fermentation compost turning machine equipment, it is best to choose tank fermentation, because it has many advantages and large output. In addition, when choosing tank fermentation, do not reduce the process, especially the secondary aging. The secondary aging time is very short, only a few days, but it is of great significance and has great benefits for the nutritional content and harmlessness of organic fertilizer.
