1. After the machine is installed according to the requirements, before using the machine, you must refer to the instruction manual in detail, familiarize yourself with the structure of the machine, and the functions of the switches and buttons of each electrical box. It should be operated by someone familiar with the process so that timely measures can be taken to prevent accidents when accidents occur during the trial run.
2. Before starting the machine, check whether each line is connected correctly and whether the water and electricity supply are normal.
3. Gear lubricating oil must be added to the reduction box (generally, the company has added it when it is produced). The amount of oil added is based on the oil that can be seen on the liquid level gauge. It should not be too little or too much; check whether the oil pump is working properly.
4. When using a new machine, first heat the machine to the required temperature.
5. When the machine stops using, first open the waste valve to drain the stored material in the box. After the pressure in the box drops, turn off the scraper switch and the waste discharge switch, then turn off the hydraulic station motor, turn off the switches of each heating zone, and then turn off the main power switch.
6. When the machine is restarted, first heat it to the required temperature (so that all the plastic in the cavity melts), open the waste discharge, and after the plastic flows out, start the scraper, close the waste valve, and start production.
7. If the discharge volume is reduced during production, it may be that the hole of the screen is blocked. The extruder should be stopped first, the waste valve should be opened, and the screen should be replaced after the box pressure drops.
8. When replacing the screen or scraper, the waste valve must be opened first, and the cover screws should be removed after the box pressure drops, and finally the screen or scraper should be replaced.
