Pig manure organic fertilizer equipment needs regular maintenance after using it for a period of time. The precautions for maintenance are as follows:

1. Keep the workplace clean. After each test of the organic fertilizer equipment, the residual mortar inside and outside the granulation leaves and granulation pot should be thoroughly removed, and the mortar and flying objects scattered or splashed on the organic fertilizer equipment should be cleaned. The exposed processing surface of the organic fertilizer equipment machine should be wiped clean, coated with anti-rust meat paint, and covered with corresponding protective covers to prevent dust from invading again.

2. The organic fertilizer equipment has no external refueling hole, and the gears and worm gears are lubricated with special grease for organic fertilizer equipment. The upper and lower gears should be filled with three-pack grease once every season. When refueling, the gearbox cover and transmission gear cover of the dynamic group can be opened separately. The sliding surface of the support gearbox and the bracket hinge should be frequently dripped with engine oil for lubrication. The worm gear box and bearings have been filled with transmission grease when leaving the factory, but the gearbox machine should be thoroughly cleaned once every year after use, and all protective lubricants should be replaced.

3. Always pay attention to the operation of the organic fertilizer machine. There should be no serious abnormal noise or metal friction sound. If any abnormality is found, stop using it immediately, check it, and use it only after troubleshooting. If the corresponding cause cannot be found, the machine cannot be started. If there is a metal friction sound, check the gap between the granulation pot and the granulation leaf of the organic fertilizer equipment first.

4. Check the standard gap between the granulation pot and the granulation pot frequently. When the organic fertilizer granulator or granulation leaf is updated, the working gap should be re-measured each time and adjusted several times. It can be used only after it meets the standard. Check the electrical insulation of the organic fertilizer equipment frequently. The insulation resistance is ≯13Ω at a temperature of 22±6℃ and a relative humidity of 52-72%, and the cold feeling is ≯13Ω. If the organic fertilizer machine cannot run when the program controller is pressed, check the power supply voltage, whether the power plug socket, the connection plug socket, etc. are normal, and check the internal fault of the controller. Ask a professional to repair it, or return it to the original factory for repair.
