The organic fertilizer dryer can directly dry poultry and livestock manure with a water content of up to 70%-80% to a safe storage moisture of 13% at one time. The whole process is carried out in a closed system, thereby reducing the pollution to the environment during the drying process.
The working principle of the organic fertilizer dryer is: the main motor drives the belt and pulley, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer, and the split gears installed on the driving shaft mesh with the large gear ring fixed on the body, and work in opposite directions. The material is added from the feed end and passes through the inside of the cylinder. The hot air generated by the hot air furnace enters the inside of the cylinder under the attraction of the fan. The lifting plate installed on the inside of the cylinder continuously turns up the material, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform drying. The dried material flows out from the discharge port. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the continuous entry of materials can realize mass production.
The whole machine can be divided into five parts:
1. The bracket part: The rotating part of the entire body is supported by the bracket, which is under great force.
2. Transmission part: The transmission part of the whole dryer is important, and the whole machine works on it. The transmission frame is welded with channel steel and has passed strict quality requirements.
3. Big gear ring: fixed on the machine body, meshing with the transmission pinion, driving the machine body to work in opposite directions. It uses high-tech wear-resistant materials to make the machine have a longer service life.
4. Roller belt: fixed on both sides of the machine body to support the whole machine body.
5. Machine body: The most important part of the whole dryer is the machine body, which is welded with carbon steel plates. The built-in lifting plate is made of wear-resistant materials, with reasonable distribution and angle design, and passes strict quality control and specific process requirements to achieve the purpose of the machine.
