The installation of organic fertilizer equipment chicken manure dryer should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the above assembly drawings and foundation drawings. Before installing the organic fertilizer equipment chicken manure dryer, all its parts and auxiliary parts should be checked, wiped, cleaned and complete. Since the organic fertilizer equipment chicken manure dryer is a long and large equipment, it should be installed in this order and method:

1. Draw the foundation line: correctly make the cross line, elevation line, and center plate on the foundation plate to achieve convenient and accurate use and consider that the machine base will not be covered after installation.

2. Install the base and tugboat: level the pad iron position, mark the base and the center line of the tugboat, find the installation position of the base and tugboat according to the requirements of the drawing, level and align, grout the foundation hole first, tighten the anchor bolts when the concrete reaches a certain strength, and install the sand dryer cylinder after rechecking.

3. Install the cylinder and roller: first install the roller on the cylinder. The concave joints required for fixing should be arranged alternately, one positive and one negative. Adjust the thickness of the pad iron so that the contact between the roller and the concave joint maintains the corresponding gap. Do not be consistent. Spot weld the concave joint bolt head and the cylinder.

4. Install the large gear: Before installation, check that there are no collision marks on the interface of the docking surface. Clean the contact surface between the large gear and the cylinder. Then carefully align the two halves of the gear and tighten the interface bolts, and then install the large gear on the cylinder. Turn the cylinder to check the radial runout and lateral swing of the large gear until the calibration is qualified.

5. Install the pinion, reducer, and motor: According to the installed large gear, adjust the meshing parameters of the large and small gears and meet the requirements of the equipment, and fix the position of the pinion, reducer, and motor.

6. Install the gear cover: Make it evenly spaced from the edge of the gear.

After all the above work is done, secondary grouting is carried out. The requirements for grouting should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the civil engineering design. Installation review and debugging work related to grouting are carried out simultaneously to ensure the installation quality of the chicken manure dryer for organic fertilizer equipment.
