Fermentation process of organic fertilizer fermentation tank equipment:
1. Collect edible fungi, dried and crushed mushroom residue, garbage, 70% of livestock and poultry manure from the farm, and add VT-1000 strains according to the proportion of the latter in the fermenter.
2. After heating the heat transfer oil to 90 degrees in the fermenter lined with cloth, add the material to the fermenter, and the temperature of the fermenter is about 80℃ by heat transfer heating, and keep it for 3 hours, and then keep the temperature at 65 to 80℃ in the fermenter, and form a complete set of intermittent stirring and mixing equipment.
