1. The raw material ratio per ton is 500 kg of cow dung + 300 kg of duck dung + 200 kg of fungus residue + 100 g of fungus agent. (The above cow dung and duck dung can be replaced by other livestock and poultry manure)
2. The strip pile is piled according to the above raw material ratio as needed. The length of the strip pile is unlimited, the width is 2 meters, and the height is 1 meter. When piling, the materials need to be evenly stacked layer by layer.
3. Add fungus agent to expand the volume of fungus agent with fungus residue at a ratio of 1:5, mix evenly and sprinkle it on the surface of the strip pile according to the number of strip piles.
4. Stir and ferment. Use a mixer to stir the strip pile evenly. After the temperature rises to above 60 degrees, turn the pile every 4-5 days. After fermenting at above 60 degrees for 15 days, the strip pile can be put away.
5. Screening and processing. After fermentation according to the above steps, it becomes pure organic fertilizer after screening and deep processing.
6. Granulation. Granulate the fermented pure organic fertilizer. According to different raw materials, you can choose a granulator, such as a disc granulator, an extrusion granulator, an extrusion ball throwing machine, etc.
7. Drying, cooling, and packaging. The moisture content of the newly made granules is relatively high. It is necessary to dry the moisture to less than 20% of the organic fertilizer standard. The dried granular organic fertilizer is cooled by a cooler and then packaged directly.
