Bean dregs are a by-product of the production of soy milk or tofu. It has various nutrients such as protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, and iron. The processing of bean dregs into feed can bring good benefits to users, but the bean dregs are not easy to feed directly, especially for young pigs, cattle, and sheep. Therefore, the bean dregs can be used as a mixed feed after being dehydrated and dried at high temperatures.
After the dehydrated wet bean dregs enter the dryer, the uniformly distributed plate in the drum is turned and evenly dispersed in the dryer to fully contact with the hot air, thereby accelerating the drying heat transfer and mass transfer. In the drying process, the bean dregs are discharged into the dried product by the star-shaped discharge valve of the other part of the dryer under the action of the inclined plane and the heat medium. The process parameters of the Bean Dregs Dryer Production Line and the selection and design of the technical parameters and structure of each equipment are obtained after careful analysis of the bean dregs material and verified by the actual bean dregs drying test. In the design of the scheme, the characteristics of large moisture content, high protein content and high viscosity of bean dregs have been fully taken into consideration, and a series of unique technologies and techniques have been adopted to solve the problem to ensure good drying effect.
